- Prices include shipping worldwide
- The figure shown against a piece is the figure you pay to have it delivered, wherever you are. There is no separate freight line and no surprise at the end.
- Made to order
- Nothing in the catalogue sits in a warehouse. Each piece is made after you order it, in the wood finish you have chosen. Lead times typically run ten to fourteen weeks depending on the piece; we confirm the window in writing before anything is made.
- Duties and taxes
- Import duty and local taxes depend on your country and are not included in the price. We will tell you what to expect for your destination before you commit.
- Delivery
- Pieces travel crated by sea or air depending on size and destination. We will agree the delivery date with you, and tell you in advance what access the crate needs.
- Returns
- Because every piece is made to order in a finish you specify, returns are handled case by case rather than by a blanket window. If something arrives damaged or not as agreed, tell us within fourteen days of delivery with photographs and we will put it right.
- Before you order
- Measure the room and the route into it. We will send dimensions, crate sizes and finish samples for any piece. Ask before, rather than after.
