What this site collects, and what it does not
The enquiry buttons can open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. If you use it, your phone number and the content of your message are processed by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy, outside our control. Email and the telephone number above are always available as alternatives.
- What we collect
This site has no accounts, no cart and no tracking or advertising cookies. It sets no cookie at all.
Two things are stored in your browser and never leave it: the currency you choose, and a cached copy of the European Central Bank exchange rates. Both live in your browser's local storage and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
- The enquiry form
The contact form does not submit anything to us. It assembles the message in your own mail application, and nothing is sent until you send it. We receive only what you choose to write.
- What happens to an enquiry
If you write to us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message in order to answer it and, if you order, to fulfil the order. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for a contract or steps taken before one, and Article 6(1)(f) for answering general questions.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer it, and for as long as commercial and tax law requires where an order follows.
- Third parties
Exchange rates are fetched from the European Central Bank's published reference rates via the Frankfurter service. That request carries no information about you beyond the technical facts any web request carries.
We do not sell or share personal data, and we use no analytics or advertising services.
- Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Write to info@graffiti-interior.com. You also have the right to complain to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
